Stays go directly through the programs hotels reserve for trusted agencies. You get the hotel's own best available rate, with benefits layered on top. You keep your loyalty points and status where the program allows. Programs include Hyatt Privé, Peninsula PenClub, Accor Preferred, and twelve more.
Room upgrades
Upgrade priority everywhere. Confirmed at booking at Shangri-La and Peninsula, and at Rosewood in Asia and Europe; at Hyatt Privé, where available, within 24 hours of booking.

Dining, spa, or the room. Most programs include $100 or more to spend on property; at Hyatt Privé, where available, it is up to $100.

Bookings move forward once the plan is approved, including a guided session for any points bookings.

Full trip planning from $750, covering every flight in the trip, award or cash. Hotel-only bookings carry no planning fee. Sending your trip is free. A credited deposit starts the planning work.

Can cash bookings still get hotel benefits?
Yes. The right booking channel adds benefits through programs like Virtuoso, Luminous, and STARS, where eligible.
Do you book cruises?
Yes. Ocean, river, and expedition cruises, with relationships with all the major cruise lines. A cruise can stand on its own or sit inside a full trip with flights and hotels around it.
Do you book experiences and guides?
Yes. Private guides, hard-to-get tables, and the days that make the trip are planned alongside the flights and hotels.
