This Privacy Policy explains how The Plane Prince Travel collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit this website or work with me for travel planning services.

1. Information I collect

I collect information that you choose to share when you contact me, submit an enquiry or flight request, book a consult, or make a booking. This may include:

• Name and contact details such as email address and phone number
• Trip-related details such as destination, dates, travelers, and preferences
• Traveler details needed for a booking you approve, such as names as they appear on passports, dates of birth, and passport details
• Financial and loyalty data: information regarding credit card points balances, airline frequent flyer numbers, and hotel loyalty status

I never ask for, collect, or store your account passwords. Points bookings are completed by you in your own accounts.

2. How your information is used

I use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, assess fit, plan travel arrangements, make and ticket bookings you approve, schedule consults, process service fees, and send service-related updates. I do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing of information

I may share your information with travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators) when necessary to make bookings you have approved, or with trusted service providers that help run the business, including:

• Formspree: enquiry and intake form processing
• Calendly: consult scheduling
• Stripe: payment processing (I do not see or store your card details)
• My host booking agency: cash flight ticketing and booking records; you enter your card in its secure form, and I do not collect or store your card number
• Cloudflare: website hosting and delivery (Cloudflare processes the IP address and request details of every visit)
• Analytics providers: described in section 4

4. Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and PostHog to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, buttons clicked, and forms submitted) so the site can be improved. These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies and collect information such as your device type, approximate location, and pages visited. Analytics data is not used to identify you personally and is never sold.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers allow you to block or delete them.

5. Data retention and security

I keep your information for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide services, maintain booking records, and meet legal obligations. Reasonable measures are taken to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure.

6. Your choices

You may request a copy of the personal information I hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion (subject to records I am required to keep) by emailing the address below.
