The fee pays for strategy, finding the options, access, coordination, and judgment on your flights and trip. For many clients, the value shows up in how the trip feels: better flights, hours of planning off your plate, and mistakes caught early. Hotel benefits and upgrade priority come with every eligible hotel I book, fee or not.

One set of terms for every service.
Deposits are credited toward your total fee. They are refunded only if no viable award option can be found (award flight help) or if I cannot deliver a viable plan (trip planning), not if your plans simply change, if you decline presented options that meet your stated request, or if you become unresponsive.
Cash flights booked on their own carry no fee. When a trip mixes cash and award flights, only the award flights carry a fee: a cash outbound with an award return is priced as a single one-way. Full Trip Planning covers every flight in the trip, cash fares included. Hotel-only bookings carry no planning fee.
Airline taxes, carrier fees, hotel costs, and the cost of points, miles, or fares are always separate from planning fees.

What's free?
Sending your trip is free, and so is the consult. Cash flights booked on their own carry no fee and no deposit. Award flight help and trip planning begin with a credited deposit ($100 for award flight help, $300 for full trip planning), applied toward your total fee and refunded only if no viable award option can be found (award flight help) or if I cannot deliver a viable plan (trip planning).
Do hotel-only bookings cost anything?
No. Hotel-only bookings carry no planning fee. You pay the hotel's own rate, with eligible program benefits layered in.
Do you only book with points?
No. I work across cash, points, miles, buying miles, hotel benefits, and blended strategies. The best path depends on the trip.
