Shangri-La Circle is the brand's free loyalty program for guests, formerly Golden Circle: members earn Points on eligible spend and move through Gold, Jade and Diamond tiers, with Polaris by invitation. The Luxury Circle is Shangri-La's invitation-only program for its luxury travel agency partners. You do not join it; it is how a booking made through a partner advisor carries the benefits at the top of this page.
How does Shangri-La Circle membership work?
Joining is free and starts at Gold. Jade takes 20 qualifying nights or 6,000 Tier Points in a calendar year, and Diamond takes 50 nights or 15,000 Tier Points. Members earn Points on eligible spend, at a higher rate in the upper tiers, and Shangri-La runs time-limited bonus Points offers through the year.
Do Luxury Circle bookings earn Shangri-La Circle Points?
Yes. Shangri-La Circle Points and status stack with the Luxury Circle benefits. Online travel agency, wholesale and group rates do not count toward Shangri-La Circle, so the channel matters. Add your membership number to the reservation, and I confirm it with the hotel before you book.
