These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website and the travel planning services offered by The Plane Prince Travel. By using this site, submitting an enquiry, or engaging services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

The Plane Prince Travel provides specialized travel planning and concierge services, including:

• Full Trip Planning: end-to-end design and coordination of premium travel — flights, hotels, benefits, transfers, experiences, and itinerary details.
• Business & First Class Flight Help: research, strategy, and booking support for premium cabin flights using points, miles, cash fares, purchased miles, or a blend.
• VIP Booking: securing hotels, cruises, and tours through partner channels to provide value-added benefits.

I act as an independent travel advisor. I do not own or operate airlines, hotels, or other suppliers. All travel services are ultimately provided by third parties that have their own terms and conditions.

2. Fees, deposits, and payments

Fees are published on this site and confirmed in writing before any work begins. Research and planning begin only after payment of a credited deposit ($100 for flight help; $300 for full trip planning). Deposits are applied toward your total fee.

Deposits are refunded only in the specific cases stated at the time of engagement — for flight help, if no viable award or fare option can be found; for trip planning, if I cannot deliver a viable plan. Deposits are not refunded if your plans simply change, if you decline presented options that meet your stated request, or if you become unresponsive. Fees cover time, expertise, and concierge support and are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law or agreed otherwise in writing.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). Airline taxes, carrier fees, hotel costs, and the cost of points, miles, or fares are always separate from, and in addition to, service fees.

3. Option summaries and full booking details

For flight engagements, research results are first presented as option summaries (dates, cabin, total points and fees, and a retail benchmark). The complete booking plan — including the operating carrier, booking program, transfer path, and step-by-step instructions — is provided after the remaining service fee is paid.

Option summaries and booking plans are provided for your personal use in connection with your engagement. You agree not to resell, republish, or distribute them.

4. Points bookings and guided sessions

Award tickets must be issued from your own loyalty and credit card accounts. I will never ask for your account passwords or log into your financial or loyalty accounts. Points bookings are completed by you, in your own accounts, in a live guided session under my direction. You are responsible for the standing and accuracy of your own accounts, and for completing the booking steps as directed.

Live inventory: award availability changes by the second. Inventory is dynamic, and you agree to act promptly when presented with booking options. The Plane Prince Travel is not liable if seats become unavailable between the time options are presented and the time of booking.

Irreversible transfers: points transfers from credit card programs to airline or hotel loyalty programs are irreversible. Once points leave your bank or credit card account, they cannot be returned. If a seat is lost during the transfer process, The Plane Prince Travel will assist in finding an alternate use for those miles, but the points will remain with that airline or hotel program.

5. Use of the website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict anyone else's use of the site. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to this site.

6. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date, including names, contact details, traveler information, passport details, loyalty balances, and payment information shared with travel suppliers.

7. Third-party suppliers

Travel arrangements are made with third-party suppliers that are not controlled by The Plane Prince Travel. I am not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers.

8. Travel requirements and risks

You are responsible for meeting all entry, visa, health, vaccination, and documentation requirements for your trip. Travel involves inherent risks, and conditions can change quickly. By choosing to travel, you accept and assume these risks.

9. Case examples

Bookings, savings, and redemption values shown on this site are real, documented examples from specific engagements and personal travel. They are illustrations of past results, not promises of future outcomes. Retail benchmarks reflect prices observed at the time of booking. Your results will depend on your dates, routes, flexibility, points holdings, and current program rules.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Plane Prince Travel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or the services.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, design, layout, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to The Plane Prince Travel and is protected by intellectual property laws.

12. No professional advice

Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, tax, or medical advice.

13. Changes to the site and services

I may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the website or services at any time, including pricing and availability, without prior notice. Engagements already in progress remain governed by the terms confirmed in writing at the time of engagement.

14. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Your continued use of the site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
