The flights

- Route and cabin strategy
- Points and transfer decisions
- Cash fares when they're the cleaner answer
For travelers who want the whole experience handled: business and first class flights, luxury hotels, VIP benefits, transfers, experiences, and itinerary details — with a strategy that chooses the smartest path across cash, points, and miles.

The flight, room, benefits, transfers, timing, and route all affect each other. Planning them together is what makes a trip feel handled instead of assembled.
Business and first class, engineered across cash, points, miles, or a blend — award ticketing included when it's part of the trip.
Luxury properties booked through the channel that adds the most — credits, upgrades, and fit for how you actually travel.
Transfers, dining, activities, insurance, and pacing — the connective tissue between bookings.
Luxury planning is also about fit — a brand name alone doesn't make a family trip work.
Why it mattered: a child-friendly property, a two-bedroom setup that gave everyone space, and a booking channel that layered in daily breakfast credits and a resort credit — value the same room, booked directly, would not have carried.

"Sydney was fabulous. Flights were great, Hughes car service was perfect. We loved the Airbnb. Thanks for all your help."

Flights, car service, and lodging, coordinated as one trip — that's the job. And the "Airbnb"? A luxury villa, sourced and booked through our agent portal because it fit the family better than any hotel would have.
You are paying for strategy, research, access, coordination, and judgment. For many clients, the value shows up through better flights, hotel benefits, savings, upgrades, time saved, and mistakes avoided.
Flights, hotels, benefits, transfers, experiences, and itinerary design.
The consult itself is complimentary — it's where we decide together whether the trip and the service fit. The deposit starts the design work, not the conversation.
Deposits are credited toward your total fee and refunded only if I cannot deliver a viable plan — not if plans simply change. Hotel, flight, and experience costs are always separate from planning fees. Full terms are confirmed in writing before any payment.
Consult first, always. Design work begins only after we've spoken and the deposit is in place.
